It is not necessary to disassemble the pipeline for maintenance. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to the pressure of 1.6MPa. The main parts are pump housing, front protective liner, impeller (three blades or six blades), rear protective liner, rear protective liner, rear pump cover, suspension, pump shaft, front and rear bearing covers.
2. Based on imported pulp pump products, our company has improved the hydraulic model to increase the pump's passing capacity and the concentration of the pulp delivered. The impeller of this series of pumps is fully open, without blockage, no leakage at the sealing part, wide flow channel, strong passing capacity, can pass through particles with a diameter of 20-80mm, fiber length of 100-400mm, and convey various slurries with a slurry concentration of less than 6%. It has a wide range of applications and is about 10-20% more efficient than the old pulp pump products.
